We are seeking a highly skilled and
proactive Al Incident & Operations
Engineer to manage and support Al/ML
model deployments, Issue and
Vulnerability Management on Azure Al
Studio. Candidates should possess hands-
on experience with Python, Pyspark, SQL,
and Databricks. The ideal candidate will
have hands-on experience with incident
management, monitoring tools like
Datadog, APl testing with Postman, and a
solid understanding of Azure services,
vulnerability management, and DevOps
practices. This role also requires
familiarity with Service Now, Rally, JIRA,
RASCI models, and triaging Process.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage Al/ML model deployments on Azure Al Studio
• handle incident response, triage,and resolution using Python Scripts,Azure AI/ML Studio, Databricks,Datadog and Azure Defender
• Candidate must be ready to another cloud technologies as we are expanding our operations to other cloud vendors
• Deployment of AI/ML Models and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and stable deployments nodes, pipelines, and Databricks
• Implement and maintain vulnerability management Practices
• work with Jira boards for task tracking, incident logging, and sprint planning.
• Support workspace deployment and environment configurations
• Participate in root cause analysis(RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of Experience
• Technical Skills:
• Solid experience with Azure A studio, Azure ML, and Azure DevOpso
• Solid experience with Python,SQL, Pysparko
• Experience in MLOps andCI/CD pipelines for ML models
• Experience with Postman forAPI testing and validation
• Hands-on experience with Azure Defender, vulnerability management,practices
• Hands-on experience With Azure Databricks, Pisha and compute nodeconfigurationo Understanding of workspace deployments and environment management in Azure Proficiency in Datadog for monitoring and alerting
• Preferred Qualification:
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Al Engineer Associate, Azure administrator Associate)
• Soft Skills: Proactive and Self-motivated solid attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced,dynamic Environment player with a collaborative mindset.
