ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job Description Responsible for the equipment’s operation and maintenance Fault identification Isolation configuration alarm and performance or network components to drive network efficiency and availability Ensure efficient and effective technical support to maintain optical transport network Engineer would be maintaining the optical transport Network of Tata Communications responsible for controlling network faults, following up for Root Cause Analysis of Faults, Coordinating for Permanent Corrective Actions with various stakeholders and Implementation operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within Service Assurance
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Graduate
- Good understanding of Various telecom Standardsand Protocols Knowledge of SDH DWDM Ethernettechnologies
- Hands on optical transport equipment preferably Ciena ADVA Huawei Tejas Nokia Strong Working Knowledge on SDH DWDM and OTN technology equipment and network
