ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Infrastructure Operations:Perform routine system administration tasks on Windows And linux Server platforms
• Manage and maintain l|S web server including site configurations, and performance monitoring for hostedapplications.
• Execute basic server operations,monitoring, and troubleshooting in Linuxenvironments.Ensure system and data security adhering to established policies and implementing appropriate controls.
• Manage and maintain server inventory, documentation, and operational run books.
• APPLICATION DIPLOYMENT & SUPPORT
• Act as a key liaison with application development teams for deploying new applications and updates to production and non-production environments.
• Provide expert hosting support for.applications running on IS, including performance tuning, error analysis, and log review.
• Troubleshoot application connectivity and availability issues, collaborating with developers to pinpoint root causes and implement solutions.Assist in automating application deployment processes using scripting and relevant tools.
• Monitor deployed applications for health, performance, and error conditions,proactively addressing issues.
