Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and apex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve Good customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root causes of those incidents and initiating actions to improve correct the situation.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks

- You will be an individual contributor as apart of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
