Roles and Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensee and continuing medical education in the United States
- Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers.
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information maybe required
- Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in EnglishA bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- Strong attention to detail
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Officeand Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
