REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores, preferably with account background.
- Experience 0-1 year.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
- Developed Microsoft Office skills(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.
- Knowledge in country’s statutory requirements
- Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
- Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s.
