ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working independently with various stakeholder
- Have strong coordination skills with the ability to interact and manage queries from multiplestakeholders
- Work as per deadlines and meet quality benchmarks
- Assisting with ad hoc projects relating management and operational matters
- Pro- Actively identifying improvement areas and making recommendations to help improve the productivity and efficiency of the business-
- Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be deemed to come within the scope of the post, which may result in additional responsibilities being added to the role
- Work in fast pace and a demanding environment under pressure
- Preparation of various monthly, quarterly and year to date reports
- Collate all required information for operational performance framework and management reporting
- keeping track of various tracker and sending daily and weekly reminders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree•Experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working With databases and Power BI
- Ability to prepare dashboards, MI Reports
- Deep understanding of KPls like utilisation, attrition,headcount etc
- Proficiency/Working knowledge of Word And powerpoint, Adobe Professional.
