Norstella is seeking an Analytics Analyst to jointhe Content team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality disease and forecast reports by building and maintaining the data and workflow infrastructure that underpins our reporting products. The role focuses on optimizing involving our current reporting processes-including data pipelines, assumptions management, and structured analytics- acrossa wide range of therapeutic areas.The Lead will work closely with product managers, content creators, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable reporting operations, while also preparing the infrastructure for future integration of Real-World Evidence (RWE) datasets. This is an ideal role for someone with strong healthcare analytics experience, solid technical skills, andakeen interest in enabling product teams to generate impactful insights.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Product team to understand disappeared priorities, definitions and requirements.
• Learn and evaluate the structure and attributes of Real World Evidence datasets and how tolerate them to business requirements.
• Research and validate mappings between datasets to align data with product requirements, presenting conclusions Epidemiology team and iterating based onfeedback.
• Write the queries needed to extract, clean and format structured healthcare data to support business requirements.
• Maintain existing epidemiology outputs and support the expansion of coverage to a broader range of diseases.
• Document data assumptions and transformation logic for transparency and version control in line with data governance best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to query and review broader Norstella datasets to support business analysis and product use cases.
• Work with data engineering and technology teams to productions processes at scale.(Lead) Where required, own and improve processes and tools used to complete tasks and schedule regular outputs for use in forecasts.

REQUIREMENT

• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot table, and templating for reporting.
• SQL skills, with a willingness to learn and apply advanced-level querying over time.
• Exposure to reporting or visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus.
• Exposure to Real-World Evidence (RWE).Experience supporting content or product teams in life sciences or healthcare domains.
• Familiarity with modernising or structuring. Excel/VBA-based processes.
• Previous experience working in global teams.Required Tools/Technologies
