JOB DESCRIPTION
- Read and understand the process documents provided by the customer
- Analyze the insurance claims and process as per standard operating procedures
- To understand and calculate (COB – Coordination Of benefit) the patients responsibility and perform insurance calculations
- Familiarize, navigate multiple client applications and capture the necessary information to process insurance claims.
